I like to make it a personal mission of mine to provide great customer service. Everything is sent quickly via Xpresspost (except for 36-bottle cases). I sometimes like to imagine someone who is really looking forward to receiving their bottles of Terra Nova Omega-3 Seal Oil. No one wants to be waiting around for days or even weeks to get their order. I send almost all orders by Xpresspost and by and large people receive their order within 3 to 5 business days.
Sometimes people get them even faster.
I like to put myself in customers’ shoes to really understand how to be most helpful.
The other area I like to ensure provides top quality is contacting me. I run this online business (we are a retailer, not the manufacturer) and I will personally answer any questions you may have via email.
I know often people shop online and to get even a basic answer requires you to fill out form after form and then you wait several days and then after waiting so long perhaps receive some generic response or an email saying your enquiry is being processed.
Perhaps you have to call a phone number and wait on hold for 30 minutes or longer only to be told someone will get back to you.
I have been here myself and I don’t want to make others have to experience this.
