At Terra Nova Seal Oil, we strive to provide our customers with reliable and efficient shipping services. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping practices and procedures.

1. Shipping Rates and Methods

Within Canada:

  • Orders between $80 and $380: Free shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost.
  • Orders above $380: Free shipping via Canada Post Expedited. Xpresspost is available for an additional $39.
  • Orders under $80: $15 flat rate shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost.

Local Delivery (St. John's, NL Metro Region):

  • Orders under $80: $6.95 flat rate delivery.
  • Orders of $80 or more: Free delivery.
  • Delivery Timeframe: 1-2 business days.
  • To determine if you are in our local delivery zone, please enter your address during checkout.

International Shipping (Asia and Africa):

  • Shipping rates vary by country and shipping method. Please add items to your cart and enter your shipping information to calculate the rate.

2. Shipping Times

Within Canada:

  • Canada Post Xpresspost: 3 to 6 business days.
  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel: 7 to 10 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Asia and Africa: 10 to 24 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors such as holidays, customs processing, and natural events.

3. Order Processing and Delays

We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. However, there may be times when we are away from the office, which could delay shipping. We will do our best to notify customers of any such delays and provide an estimated date for when shipping will resume.

4. Order Cancellation

If an order is placed but cancelled before it is shipped, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

5. Notifications and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number, such as it being invalid, please contact us at TerraNovaSealOil@gmail.com.

6. Delivery Issues

Failure to deliver an item within the estimated guidelines will not result in any form of reimbursement or refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
